How do I find out my ring size?

To find out your ring size, you can use a string or thin sheet of paper, and wrap it around the finger you would like to measure. Mark off where the end of the string/paper overlaps with the rest and use a ruler to measure the length between the end and your mark. Use our conversion chart to match your length to the closest corresponding ring size (some numbers might be slightly off; choose the size that is the closest to your measurement. If you are in between measurements, choose the larger size). We suggest measuring your finger several times to make sure you are choosing the correct size. If your knuckle is wider than the base of your finger, you might want to consider ordering half a size up so that your ring can slide into place.

For the most accurate results, we suggest buying a ring sizer. They are cheap, effective, and could save you time and money.

Please note: if you order the wrong size, we will exchange your ring for the correct size, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping. So please make sure you order the correct size!

What do I do if I am in between sizes?

If you are in between sizes, we suggest sizing up. The size of our fingers tends to fluctuate depending on the weather - heat causes our fingers to expand while the cold makes them shrink. Sizing up will ensure that the ring doesn’t get stuck past your knuckle and instead will sit comfortably at any point in the day.

What if I order the wrong ring size?

If you order the wrong ring size, we can exchange it for the correct size. However, buyers are responsible for return shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns since each piece is carefully crafted and made to order. However, we do accept exchanges within 7 days if the item arrives damaged or if the wrong ring size was ordered. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note: All stones are unique and may have slight imperfections depending on their cut. This is not considered damage and an item cannot be returned for this reason.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is on us! However, you are responsible for return shipping costs if you choose to exchange it for a different size.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship to the US, Canada, and Mexico. However, we hope to ship internationally soon!

How long until I get my ring?

Since every ring is made to order, it will take about two weeks for Leo to complete it. Shipping will take anywhere from 3-10 business days, depending on where you are located. If you order the wrong size, please keep in mind that it will take Leo another two weeks to complete your exchange so please make sure your ring size is correct!
